Skin Studio Vs SkinStudio XP

I purchased skin studio when it first came out in beta,
later I purchased skinstudio XP wich has window blinds included.
When windowblinds is updated the changes are not made in skinstudio XP, I purchased windowblinds first so I have to upgrade that way.
Why are they NOT updating skinstudio XP???

That doesn't make sense, the program is called skinstudio XP,
wich has windowblinds included, that was it's selling point.
To say install that, then install SkinStudio after is redundent.
