windows8 + windowblinds dual monitor setup bug

OK i have 2 monitors and since im using windows8 and have the ability to place my taskbar where i want on the monitor i did so.
On my first primary monitor my taskbar is placed normaly on the bottom and displayed with small icons.
On my secondary Monitor i placed the taskbar on the right side.
Now when i open the browser (IE/chrome) and maximize that on my secondary monitor it will be ok.
But if i now pull that window to the primary screen it will show as cutoff.
Happens with whatever skin... unless you unload windowblinds and use the windows8 standart.
