I assume this is legit?

This was in my email, but not from Stardock. Actually, it was in my spam folder.
Is it legit?

The "15090 Beck Road Plymouth MI" should have been a dead give-away....

Heck, that was at the very bottom of the page, I didn't even see it till it was pointed out. But usually, I don't even open mail that I find in my spam folder.
Dunno why I looked at this one. Fate, I suppose.

If it ends up in your spam folder, the best thing you can do is mark it "not spam". If enough people do it, then it will be flagged.

Looks like Impulse except for apps, seeded with Multiplicity. Probably a good idea.
