Gamma Correction

Can anyone tell me where to find the "gamma correction slider" to lighten or darken a particular skin? (Mentioned in the Window Blinds guide)

Where are you reading this? I haven't found it yet, which means it probably right in front of me.

go to Control Panel > Display > Appearance > click on the button to the right of Sub Design:
I find the gamma adjustment to be very useful. Many skins are darker than I prefer until I lighten them a little.
