Changing the background color on folders?

How do I change the color of the info bar on the left of folders in XP? You know, the blue area that says "Other places" "Details" etc etc.
I'm using Spectre skin which is gray and the blue just doesn't look right.

Open the WB config panel..........Settings........uncheck "Use Windows XP style explorer bars"

Yes, Stardock had said they are working on a legitimate way to skin Explorer bars for WindowBlinds 4.
