New section Idea - XP boot screens

Wednesday, September 25, 2002 by Ian MacGregor | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Why not add a section to feature XP boot screens. This would, IMHO, be the ultimate addition to customizing Windows XP. BootXP is a great tool for changing the XP boot screen on your computer - I would imagine there are other tools available as well.

For all those who folk who have BootXP, has it caused any problems with your computer? I'm trying to decide if any potential problems would be worth something I only see a few seconds every few weeks when I do updates and have to reboot.

I use BootXP 3 times a week or so and it hasn't caused any problems on my WindowsXP machine.

FYI, BootXP can rotate your boot screens automatically!
