Folder Background Black

When I apply window blinds 8(it happens in all skins tried) I get weird black back grounds in folders. This error has persisted since window blinds 7.9 beta. If I Mouse over these it highlights them and I can see the folder names but if I don't I get this. I initially thought it might be a video card driver issue, I have tried 4 different video drivers and the problem persists. Here is a screenshot of the Problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.

*Edit* This only seems to apply when folder is not maximized to full screen. Still very annoying!
Second issue: Whenever I start window blinds i get a strange error box that in window blinds 8 I can now close but in the betas I had to actually unload window blinds and then close it. Its always in the same spot and it is present on every restart.

Third issue: When I minimize Firefox 22 it does not go to the task bar but to the system tray.
I am using windows 8 pro with media center edition.
Any help anyone could provide for all or any of these issues would be Very appreciated.

Do you have a black background set in WB Config under explorer backgrounds?

Background... Explorer Background... move Active Window Opacity slider to far right...

So am I the only one with these issues? Anyone have any ideas?
