shooting stars maybe???

Has anyone made a wallpaper or windowblinds with shooting stars yet? I think that would be cool!

waaaa .... but I can't koasati. I'm pretty new to Wincustomize and I don't know how and can't afford to buy any of the programs to make them. I was hoping someone, like you maybe, could do it....lol

The Gimp is free. and lots of skins get made with windows paint.

pixels are pixels. layers and effects just make it easier.
