ive been looking for about 3 weeks now, can anyone tell me where i can get this theme/objectbar, whatever is needed. any help would be very much appreciated.

pretty sure it is a desktopx, sorry but im a total n00b to this stuff

I forget who did that, but its a DesktopX theme. Its definitely on this site in the DesktopX section of the library. You'll have to wade through allot of stuff to find it unless someone remembers the author's name or the title.
You can probably reduce the amount of DesktopX stuff that you'll have to browse by selecting the Theme checkbox on the desktopX library browsing page.
