I'm not sure if I can use this site for this. Yet let me try. I'm using the new WindowFX. Yet I have Windows XP Professional. For some reason I cannot change the colors of the desktop Icons. Can someone tell me why? Or what can I do?

If you want to change your system icons, download IconPackager https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/ . There are tons of great IconPackages for it on this site https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2 .
