still got the problem with (IconPackager applies sets of icons called icon packages to your entire system at once.)
it still keep's chageing them bk to the theme i used ene though i restored default, rebulit icon cache and even done it with Tweak UI but they still keep comeing bk

If you are on any other OS this should not happen (not that it should on XP).
If it doesn't work try the newsgroups

Open Display Properties
Choose Themes tab
select either Windows Classic or Windows XP (not Modified)
and apply
Cross your fingers all icons should pop back to normal XP.
