Skin wallpaper and individual sounds

Hi;
I have two questions.
1.) Is there a way to supply a plain colored wallpaper as the default wallpaper (One that loads when you start windows and have WindowBlinds load at boot.) if there is no wallpaper supplied with the current WindowBlinds theme.
2.) Is there a way to control individual sounds. Such as disabling or changing the sound for the close button but leave the rest as they are?

2. There is a way to do this, but you have to open the skin up in Skinstudio or edit the .UIS file in notepad.
