Whatever happened to making icons?

Why did people stop making icons? I'm getting bored of the one i have now and I want some new ones. I'd appreciate it if you made some. Thx.

You could try making some yourself. i'am sure someone will give you some help.

Actually, Grfx Guru has been submitting some really cool icons to the graphics libarary over the past 24 hours. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=18 It looks like an icon package for IconPackager is soon to follow.

or you could learn how to convert Mac OS X icons for personal use. icon making has a far longer tradition in the Mac scene and there are some extremely talented artists there.

bored? There's 268 icon packages on this site!
It's very easy to make variations of the same design, but creating a new sets with all new designs it's very hard ant it takes a lot of time to make them.
