where do i submit rip reports?

i have noted a few rips, where can i submit them except here on the message board. i don´t think it´s necessary to expose people to the public.

Then you can contact wincustomize.com for ripping off trademarks:) Not that the windows logo or apple logo were created by the same type of artist you want too protect, or in your mind the laws. Flame away.

at this point I think that apple and MS think the kind of stuff you find here (as far as logos go) is just good advertising. Last I heard MS kept 60 million dollars, fluid, available for R&D and litigation, so if they were pissed about it they would let someone know, I'm sure...
As far as Icons, UI parts and whatnot, I'm a bit more apt to agree with risk7, but people run their sites according to their personal beliefs. WC has a tradition of 'ports', and the giants in question don't seem too anxious to stop it, so I have to respect their site as *their* site and leave them to run itas they choose.
At the very least, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they would remove anything the original author asked them to. With the exemplary body of work here, there is little confusion as to what the real art is and what is simply cut-and-paste. People with seroius qualms can go to other sites... if they don't mind all the celebrity ass pics and pose-it-yourself 3d models... in addition to MS and Apple rips...
