I have tried several different blinds and none of them will skin it it is all new new computer new install of paid for window blinds I did try the trial version and did not uninstall before running the paid version and thought that was the problem downloaded cccleaner and did a uninstall that way and it did not fix the issue I then did a rollback of entire system and still not working right.

When you ran CCleaner did you run the registry cleaner and then reboot before reinstalling WindowBlinds? Somewhat important to do both.

No, it isn't. What skin are you applying? Is this a new install of WindowBlinds? If not a new install, did it work before? Trial or paid?
Open WB's and go to About WindowBlinds and copy/paste the info here.
