What software do you need to create windowblinds and wallpapers please help as i cant download. Thanks

I see you already ask this in a thread, and when someone didn't answer your right away, you figured you would get an answer sooner if you started a second thread with the same subject...............WRONG!

For the graphics, you need a paint program.
ok....you've waited long enough I guess..
Photoshop (expensive) Paintshop Pro (reasonably priced) The Gimp (free).
To put the WindowBlinds together, all you really need is the WB program and a text editor. Stardock also has a program that is supposed to help create the file for WB, but some, myself included find it hard to use. it's called SkinStudio.

Why does it seem to me that quite alot of people don't read or explore websites into detail any more? I have been here for a little while and have found that 99 percent of all my questions were answered simply by READING.
