Help Please

I am trying to get the Stardock news for DesktopX on Outlook Express. I had it there before simply by clicking on a short-cut as part of DX, but since it is not loading properly, I do not get it.
It seems I also can't get the address to work in Outlook. Can somebody help me with the address or give me a shortcut so it will install in Outlook Express (my default newgroup program)
