Well... gonna be a granddad again. This time the little bugger will be a princess. A beautiful little girl to take her dad's heart away from her mom, and twist him around her little finger.
They have this ability from birth. It is to be treasured, as all the super powers they come with.

I've got a daughter (Annie) good read. Ive got #50 beat, I live around the corner from the one she'll attend.

Oh, and just for the sake of it, Rule #51 - Please never, ever spoil your daughter to the point where she gets everything she asks for... because in the end the man she marries someday always winds up broke!
