Where are the previews?

In the wincustomize browser the previews (and the main screenshot, when clicked) do not display, they just display the cross and image description.
This doesn't happen when browsing using IE. It's really annoying me now because I can't be bothered loading IE to preview the files!

Have to correct that after investigation, they are all gone...

Also, when the previews aren't showing, you won't be able to dl it either. Brian told me to refresh the library database (located on the "View" menu), then refresh the site updates data and then restart SB. But I'm having to go through that process every time I start SB after a cold start.

While doing maintence I've been moving files around. So thats the cause of the problem. To fix it go to the View menu and click on "Refresh Site Updates Data". You may also need to Refresh the Library Database depending on how old it is. Then close/reopen the Skin Browser and you should be all set.
