WB takes 30 mins to load skin

can somebody help me out. when i turn on my comp it takes about 30 minutes or so for my skin to change. any suggestions?

This sounds more to me as if Your comp has a problem, or another program in autostart. What are the specifications of Your system ? I would try to temporary remove all other programs from autostart and then see, if the problem still occurs. If not, You could add the programs again one by one and test, which one does the pain. I don't think, it is WB alone.
