Netscape / Mozilla

Two Parts:
1) I just went to the site looking for a new skin for Mozilla (1.1) and to my great surprise, there was nothing category for that wonderful little skinnable browser!
2) I also searched for skins for WindowBlinds and WebBlinds based on the Mozilla/Netscape "Modern" theme and drew a blank. Does anyone know where to find a theme on this? (And don't say create it, unfortunately I have all the artistic talent of roadkill... unless splatter paintings count
)

Is it me or is Mozilla/Netscape always in beta? I liked the theming feature of it, but now it's simply frustrating considering that the skins are always outdated or simply the original theme with flags.

1.1 may be beta, but 1.0 isn't. There's also the Netscape 6 series and the new Netscape 7 which are also skinnable and use the same skinning engine (v 6.1 on)

Mozilla IS the Netscape beta, every once in a while, they get a stable version out. 1.0 is stable.

Ok, I just found WBZilla made in 2000, and Netscape made in 2002, both for WindowBlinds. However, neither of them have WinXP support. Is there any place I can go to request a skin be made for XP?
PS, if you haven't noticed, I'm somewhat a beginner.

Out of curiousity... If Mozilla is the beta for Netscape (and yes, I know it is), then why are the versions of Netscape based on Mozilla so much worse?

With regards to MessiahWWKD's complaint about the skinning engine. I believe it has been stable for the better part of a year now. In addition there are also tools out there that convert the old skins into skins the new versions can read.

Mozilla has a menu entry to get new skins. also Deskmod.com has a nice growing section for Mozilla. and nah, Mozilla ain´t a Netscape beta. Mozilla is Open Source, that´s why Netscape can build it´s own distribution from the Mozilly code.
