Problem with Logon Studio

Has anyone downloaded the new Logon Studio? I install it and try to run it and I get a (Run-Time Error '53': File Not Found) and then I hit OK and I get it has preformed an illeagle operation. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

I'am still using the previous version and it's fine. Some say the new one has bugs. Don't know.
