Taskbar resize

I was wondering if one of you could please tell me how to save the taskbar that was resized. I used windowblinds 3.4 but after restarting windows the taskbar just goes back to default size. What gives?

I hope that date is wrong. This is only 1 sept 2002. That guy is good.

Thanks man! Although I was really hoping that i just overlooked a setting. I hope the fix will come soon bcoz i like my icons small. Thanks a lot guys!
