The backdrop is not working anymore.  How can I fix this?  Thanks.

GregII - I guess all the suggestions regarding suggestions to help haven't.

So, maybe send a note to Support... they might be able to look at the app's log and help... ?

As stated in the last ticket response (16 April 2013) we have escalated the issue only you have reported is being looked at.

The support team was unable to reproduce your issue but we have not forgotten about it
