winxp: ie bar buttons not working while skinned

close min/max etc. do not respond while skinned
no mouseover effects ..nothing
ie6 winxp pro wb3.4
they work as they should under winxp and classic styles

yep..i ran adaware days ago and i believe that common name was the culprit
