Since Samsung is overtaking Apple in market share I'm looking forward to when they start playing catch-up by copying Samsung....and are taken to the cleaners properly.
They screwed with the Beatles' IP....then renegged on the agreement with the release of iTunes. Let's face it...they [Apple] are the thugs of the IT world.
Their life story would read like an episode of the Sopranos....

Or better still... taken out back and given a f**kin' good flogging. 
True, and their only innovation was the creation of frivolous and baseless lawsuits to try eliminate the competition.
Next they'll be suing me... for that comment. Yeah, cos they though of frivolous and baseless lawsuits before me, and now I might be in the sh!t.
Fact is, I should oughta sue Apple for the logo. That's right, the friggin' Apple logo. Reason, I painted an apple with a bite taken out of it on the right side in the same identical spot. I did this in 1964 when I was at school, so I'm sure I got there first. So what if my apple had half a maggot hanging out of it, they did not make enough change to claim the concept as their own.
So what if they left the half a maggot out, it was such a miniscule thing, like you've seen the size of a maggot, much less a half, and it just ain't enough of an alteration to boast ownership of the logo. Yup, I got 'em by the short n' curlies.
Sorry bout the hijack, kona, I got insomnia and too much time on my hands again. It's not much of an excuse I know, but it's the only one i got and I know you'll forgive me.

Kona...that's not a reversal...iit's an adjustment of amount of damages awarded...
