DesktopX 3 or 4

Hello everybody could use some help here i have been running desktopX 3 for years now and had NO issues but i decided to reload my computer windows and everything else..(i believe that every few years re loading is prolly a good thing, new versions, less updates,less patches,just an all around less cluttered smooth running system,that said can some one tell me should i keep running desktop x 3 or switch to desktop x beta 4 and if so why? im really wanting to try the new version,but not really a big fan of betas especially on a nice clean box..(there goes that OCD again sorry!!

Ed, if you have a working version of DesktopX 3.5, use it. If you don't, you won't find one. At least not Pro.
I'm using DX 4 Pro Beta, which is actually DX 3.96 and it works good.
The 3.5 Pro in the store and SDC won't run scripts.
