Took some digging but I found out. It's by Misery. It's called Nijikon Fetchi. You can find all info at Deaddreamer.com. Hope that helps.

BTW Jafo, BoXXi made a Desktop X theme for it: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=Nijikon&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=3&action=1 and I made a WB skin: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=nijikon&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=1&action=1 a while back.

I have a feeling Bryan won't be amused....I'm 95% through making a LiteSTEP theme from the wall....Multi-res and OTS compliant....
[Silly me....I had that theme...I could have found authors, etc from there]...

One more thing Paul, I already made a Litestep theme from that image ages ago, It's called Nijikon Fetchi Step, and I think it's available here. If not, it will be on DeviantArt. You see?, you're just too slow!
