Combining Gifs

I'm trying to create a windows media player skin. I have all the gifs ready but i don't know how to combine them into a file the media player can read.

It's a bit more complicated than just combining GIFs.
Windows Media Player skins use XML and javascript. You can read more about it on MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/wmplay/mmp_sdk/windowsmediaplayerskins.asp) or you can download the SDK on your computer (http://download.microsoft.com/download/winmediaplayer/mpsdk71/7.1/W982KMe/EN-US/WMP71SDK.exe). It's the same thing. One is online, one is downloadable.

Is there anyway I can add this...

to this one?

I read the instructions but don't really understand what they are saying.

OK, what you found on DA is a wallpaper. But it is a wallpaper made specifically to place WMP on top of it. Just set that image on your desktop, then open WMP and move it to the center. Looks good right, but that is all there is to it.
