To any wincustomize employees

First how do I contact you? I have two logons on this site. Or I did. I updated one of them and they both somehow recieved the same preview. I reupdated the preview for the other one and one of my logons disappeared from the site. Any reason why? I reloaded the one that disappeared, and now neither of them are there. Can someone explain or help? Yes I gave the system time to adjust.

nope. now if you look at the website one of my logons is back, but no preview is available
