Again a 'person' has ripped some wallpapers of usual Wincustomize artists. Check here http://www.themexp.org/search.php?txt=tomty&op=auth
I observed that this 'author' has ripped 2 of my wallpapers uploaded originally on Wincustomize, and some of Adni18... surelly the other 'works' by this lonely ripper are works made by other authors.
Please, Wincustomize admins, make an advise to themexp.org!!
This is not the first time that happens this.... this site must be more serious >

Carlitus what surprised me is that they didn't even try to change them a little, they just uploaded them as is!!

XP New 4 is a Rip too. i can't put my finger on whomw it belongs too but i used it with Russ's Ice Theme.

joetheblow: he knows enough to put his "copy right" (he made it two words) on a wall I checked out ("free 2a xp"?) so he probably knows that posting someone else's work, without permission, under his name and with another title is not really kosher.

I'm a Mod on ThemeXP and Doomgaze put me onto this, and another RIP thread. I have checked on the submissions posted here and have to agree with you guys: this tomtyl has definitely ripped off big time. To this end, I have removed the ones referenced here, and judging by the rest of his submissions, I'd bet that they were ripped too. I'll check these out over the next few days and probably end up deleting everything of his and killfile his account. >
The one thing I want to get across to the members here (apart from putting down sharp farming equipment ), is that we don't know everything. I, neonwizard and Greg do all the approvals, and whilst we watch a few sites that are commonly ripped, we don't know them all. So we rely on you and other members to post in our forums about rips. All we need is the link to the rip and to the original. You'll find that the rips tend to disappear damn quick after that.
So please, if you think you've been ripped, or know someone who has been, then post at ThemeXP or PM myself or neonwizard at ThemeXP. Greg tries to do a lot, but either I or neonwizard tend to be around more often and therefore can action this much quicker.
