who made the 'see' icons?

I edited the see icon package for icon packager to match my discreet dark skin for windowblinds.. but I can't find the author.. any one know?
and why can't I brows to my skin.. I search for it it comes up.. and other people are downloading it.. but where is it?..
btw, discreet light blinds are on their way..

there is an icon set called "See". It is really sweet. Blue lines, outlined. Author unknown.
