Can somebody tells me why I can not download a windowblind with "Windows Xp Home Edition" In Spanish ???? Please, help cause Im dying to get one of those things.

It also tells me "unable to run or open "name of the file" because paint is doesnt recognize the aplication or any other software in the entire Pc.
So in fact tells me that I dont have any useful tool to open the file or aplication.
