um, on a 56k modem, i can barely load this message board
anyway, the avitars would just get in the way of the mental images of who we are. also, the avitar for crae (a hord of demon bunny rabbits with glowing red eye's, wearing clogs and scarey paper masks) would probably upset some of the newbies
