objectdesktop programs have reached maximum activations

Today when trying to reinstall the programs in object desktop, the programs are telling me that I have reached maximum activations. My subscription is current, so I don't know why this is happening.  An email to stardock support has gone unanswered.  NOTE:  after attempting to install, the programs disappear from stardock central.
