how to install themes

hey, I'm new to this how do I go about installing a theme? I do the extract files but I don't anything to execute the install process. Where am I going wrong.

Make sure you have the right program for the theme. Go back to the Library category you downloaded the theme from. At the top of the web page there should be an About section that tells you the category you're browsing. It'll also have a link to where you can download the program as well as a link for help.
WindowBlinds skins end in a .WBA extension
ObjectBar skins end in a .OBTheme extension
DesktopX themes end in a .DXTheme extension
All these file types are really ZIP files with the above extensions. Somtimes the files are uploaded this website as .ZIP files. If so, figure out which type it is (WindowBlinds,ObjectBar,DesktopX), rename the file's extenstion to be the proper one.
Then double-click the file.
