Proper way of sizing text background section in USI2 frames (solved)
making the right size text back in USI2 frames.

I came across another small problem in placing the text background section in USI2 frame creation. The first pic shows an 87x27 background and placing it gets these results. 
By adding 20 pixels to the top of the graphic, makiing it 80x40 you have room to paing down the text back to a proper position.
Per pixel frames have adjustments to size your text back but USI2 frames do not so I found this workaround.
I hope this helps people that want a text back in their USI2 frames also.
By the way This method also works in placing your Taskbar tray graphic so it doesn't cover the show desktop button.
