Rips again!

I have been informed that the rips are going on!

There are wallpaper rips from my works, APB's, Carlitus, charmed and more...

This is just terrible adni. These are so obviously ripped walls. This "rbilmen" person/persons did not even try to disquise them. Just blatant stealing!! >

Well, that site should have been called 'Rip XP'... The last time I looked at it, it was full of rips (esp. Visual Styles)...

Hosting works stolen by 'rbilmen'

It appears that you are displaying numerous wallpaper images on your site originally created by authors other than the person submitting them, in this case 'rbilmen'.
Although images are freely available for download on the Internet, they are EXPRESSLY for personal use, which does not include the reproduction and redistribution of them via another site such as yours.
The modification, and/or re-distribution of an artist's images without his/her express permission is in violation of the Artist's Copyright, and is pursuable in law.

Whether these images link to the original artist's site or not, or whether the Original artist is credited or not, without prior permission to display such, you are in violation of inherent and/or expressed copyright.

I strongly suggest you remove any such images for which you do not have permission to display, and minimize the potential for litigation against you and subsequent claims for loss.

When I last browsed themexp.org I saw many works/skins there that are similar here in wincustomize.com , I'm not really sure if they are rips but authors please go there and check if your works are being ripped.

Er...I'm a Building Designer [Architect], not a Lawyer, but dealing with Plan drawings for over 30 years and their issues of copyright have given me a little 'awareness' of the trouble that can arise from the mis-use and abuse of another's copyright...
