When I update a skin, It doesn't show up on the updated skins list. What am I doing wrong?

There's a checkbox called "Check to reset Update Date" - it's the first one in the list. If you check that box, it should put your skin in the list (once it's posted).

Which skins are you having trouble with?

Dear Sirs,
I subscribe to your service and download the updates when available. However, I always have a problem receiving the links posted by E-mail, for example the latest version of Wincustomise Browser.
I followed your instructions to the letter, clicked the link which took me into the Stardock site, I filled in the box with my E-mail address and recieved acknoledgement that the informastion would be posted within the hour. I have now been waiting for 36 houirs and have just sent a reminder.
What is the problem?

Dear Miss China...
so nice to see you got a giggle...

Steve - That doesn't sound like the way it works. Usually the email you get back will have a serial number and a download link for the program. What are they supposed to be posting? and where?

A few sites have blacklisted Stardock unfairly for some unknown reason. This means that certain ISP's that check against the list and reject email from stardock automatically but do not reply to stardock to say this has happened. So you get annoyed at not getting replies but Stardock are unaware and have no way to contact you to tell you of this even if they become aware.

You best course of action is to contact support saying that you think mails are being blocked your end and they will reply with instructions on how to get around this.

If you don't get anything at all, try from a hotmail account. They're not blocked.

I've been trying to get the SkinBrowser update for three days so far ..... even contacted "support" ..... now there's an oxymoron.
Of course, if I decided to pay a third subscription (it was the only way to get their attentiom last time!) I expect the "commercial" side of Stardock would onto it like a Seagull on a piece of hot fat ........ not impressed! >
