how do i vote for wallpapers right now at GUIC?

it said today you can vote.... but i cant see where to vote... ive pressed the big green "VOTE NOW" button. but nothing happens.

Is anyone going to fix this? There is nothing to vote on there at all yet, in IE or FF.

Nothing is ready to go until an announcement is made. You guys should know that by now.
