I would like know to make transparent the explorer backgrounds semi-transparent with windowblind

In the Windowblinds configuration window on the "settings" tab make sure it's set to skin explorer backgrounds, then click on "advanced" and put a check in the box "Make Explorer backgrounds semi-transparent".
You also need to set your folder options to "use Windows classic folders" from the folder options dialog. ("Tools/Folder
Options" on an explorer window's menu.)
