XP updated Square skin for WB?

The square skin for pre-xp windowblinds is one of the most awesome skins ever (my personal favorite). Is there any chance of anybody doing an XP update of this one? I would, but I don't know jack about making skins.

square hasn't made skins in a long time. he planned another, and the mock-up looked very cool, but it never happened.

It is certainly one of the truly classic WB skins. I still use it quite often.
