Help With Firewall

OK, so I get hacked, I loose passwords and pictures. I install a firewall, NOW I can get to the main page here at WinCustomize, but if I click to say Message, I go to a sign on screen and it will not take my password. I can get to everything with the SkinBrowser, but not through a normal IE. Help please... got to be something I HAVE SET TOO HIGH.....

ZoneAlarm Bill, and any help is MET WITH A BIG THANK YOU.... I cannot get passed first pages of ANYTHING that I need a password for......
