how to create window fx shadows??

the subject says it all...how to create shadows for window fx 2??

oh
i asked HOW TO CREATE shadows!!

under MODIFY SHADOW SETTINGS, the SHADOW size is disabled...
then only colour and opacity is there.
what else??

That's a good question. They seem to be hard coded into the program. If you have something inparticular that you are looking for I would post it in the the WFX newsgroup and maybe the programmers will look into including it in the release.

Just copy one of the directories below Object Desktop\WindowFX, rename it, and edit the bitmap and shadow descriptor files inside - the format is much like that of WindowBlinds. Take a look at the newsgroups for more hints.

yes, i will look into the newsgroup. but outlook express is dull. any other programs for this? i have utlook express 6 with winxp

Certain Settings are locked, others aren't. Just find one that's not locked, and you can edit it...
