Is there anything out there that can make the desktop icons be resolution independant (ex. Only desktop icons 128x128) ?

The new version of DesktopX supports alpha blended icons now. Make your desktop icons as DX objects at 128. Works well for me.

Yeah... thought of that... the only thing is that DesktopX has crappy labels

...and the fact that DesktopX is One-DesktopX, and does not support multiple monitors. Sad

Crappy labels? You can make the whatever text you want, watever color you want.

or even leave the text totally off.. which is kind of the theory behind iconic systems anyway..

PS. Even OSX Icons have 16x16 32x32 and 128x128.
