Applying WindowBlinds at startup

Can someone please remind me how I get WB to load automatically when I log on. I used to have it set up like this, but now I have to go into my display properties every time I log in.

Um, thanks for the advice MadIce, but I don't have that option in my system settings

We've tried an intervention, but he won't stop collecting them.
