uploading wallpapers

Hello everyone, could you please tell me how to upload wallpapers I have made?
I'm pretty new to this only had XP for about a month and just getting used to using it.

Click Wallpapers on the next page.
Click Guidelines and read the Wallpaper Moderation text.
Then go back and fill out the form.
