Link Mouseover Tooltip Text
What determines its color?

Win7 Pro 64bit.
Can't find a section specifically for link mouseovers in SKS. I was able to change the regular Tooltip text color (icon mouseover) in the Tooltip section but it had no effect on browser link tooltips. They use the background image of the regular Tooltip but apparently not the text color. I suspect a system color dictates this but wondering which, if anyone knows.

Pale Moon. Sorry, shoulda mentioned that. Just checked in IE9 (which I almost never use) and you are correct about the link tooltip there.

Using I E 9 and the tooltip text uses the exact color as on all other areas so... what browser are you using ?
