Customising Windows Explorer toolbar buttons

I am using windowblinds with windows XP. Why is it i cannot replace the toolbar icons in windows explorer so they are the same as those in internet explorer using web blinds

Weblinds will not skin the explorer buttons. You would need something like Themebar.
