Hello I need Help With WindowsBlinds

I Installed WindowsBlinds in my Windows XP proffesional i had Win 2k but now i upgraded to win xp pro (spanish version)i installed windowsblinds back but now it doesn't work it doesn't load the themes like xbox i wanted to know if it's b/c of the laguage since my version is spanish can it be that or is it something else?thank you everyone I would greatly appreciate all answers.

That shouldn't matter. Many here are using a spanish version. When you go to your Appearance Tab, select your skin, and click apply nothing happens?

I found the solution.I Upgraded it to 3.3 and it worked thanx for your reply
